DBA Skate Waco, which operates Skate World in Waco and Skate Country (Skate Waco Bellmead) in Bellmead ("Skate Waco," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit skatewaco.com, book a party, shop our online store, join our loyalty program, apply for a job, or visit our locations.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us:
Party and group bookings: name, email, phone, party date and details, guest of honor's name and age, and guest counts.
Birthday guest lists: names of guests attending, used only for check-in and headcount on the day of the party.
Online store and in-person purchases: name, contact information, and order details. Card payments are handled by Square. We do not see or store full card numbers.
Loyalty program: name, phone number and/or email, and purchase and points history.
Website forms: name, email, mobile number, what you are interested in, and whether you chose to receive text messages.
Contact requests: whatever you include when you call, email, or message us.
Job applications: the information you submit through our employment application, and any questions, email us at: hr@skatewaco.com.
Skate classes, camps, and roller sports: participant name, age, parent or guardian contact, and emergency contact.
Information collected automatically:
When you visit our website, we and our providers (Squarespace and Google Analytics) collect basic data such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location, using cookies and similar tools.
Our facilities may use security cameras for safety.
2. How We Use Your Information
To confirm, manage, and prepare for your party, class, or event.
To process payments and orders.
To run the loyalty program and track your points and rewards.
To answer questions and provide customer service.
To send updates, specials, and event news, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To review job applications.
To keep our facilities and guests safe and to understand how our website is used so we can improve it.
3. How We Share Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share other information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
HighLevel / LeadConnector (website forms, email, and text messaging)
PartyWirks (party booking)
Square (payments, online store, and loyalty program)
Squarespace (website hosting)
Google Analytics (website analytics)
HR Direct (employment applications)
We may also share information if required by law or to protect the safety of our guests and staff.
4. Text Messages
When you give us your mobile number on a website form, you can choose whether to receive text messages from Skate Waco, INC DBA Skate Waco. Marketing texts and non-marketing texts (confirmations, reminders, alerts, and customer care) are separate choices, and both are optional. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Children's Privacy
Our website is meant for parents, guardians, and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. When a parent or guardian books a party, class, or camp, they may give us their child's name and age, and we use it only to provide that service. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Photos and Video
As explained in our Terms & Conditions, photos and video taken at our facilities may be used on our website and social media. To request that an image of you or your child be removed, contact us and we will take it down from our website and social accounts.
7. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies to keep our website working and to understand how visitors use it through Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.
8. How We Protect and Keep Information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and rely on trusted providers that use industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law. Party guest lists are discarded after the party.

Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or reply STOP to texts.
Ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity.
10. Links to Other Sites
Our website links to other services, including PartyWirks, Square, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
